Before retiring from AHCA in 2009, Alberta served as the Manager of the Assisted Living Unit at the Agency for Health Care Administration for 12 years and a total of 35 years in Florida government in various roles. Alberta trains in Tallahassee, Panama City, Gainesville, and Pensacola. She provides Adult Family Care Home training in designated areas in the state and Alzheimer's training. DOEA's ALF registration number #032, Approved Alzheimer's Trainer number ALF 1130, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification number 10359.

Tiffani Hart received her bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University in 2009 and her MBA in Health Service Management from Keiser University in 2012. She worked in the Assisted Living Unit at the Agency for Health Care Administration for six years and has gained an unsurmountable knowledge and experience while employed with the Agency. Tiffani has also, obtained her Real Estate license and is actively working in the Tallahassee area provided quality service to the residence of the Tallahassee and surrounding areas. Tiffani looks forward to having a great partnership with the Florida Assisted Living Association providers in the 2020 year!

Anna has a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an Applied Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. She has 30 years’ experience working in healthcare. Anna began her career working in group homes for Developmentally Disabled adults and as a Residential Manager for adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries before beginning her career with the elderly as a Geriatric Care Manager. She was employed with the Agency for Health Care Administration for 9 years, as a Supervisor over Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Family Care Homes, Adult Day Care Centers, Psychiatric Hospitals, Hospitals, and Ambulatory Surgical Center. Anna has been the Administrator of three Assisted Living Facilities and hopes to bring all this knowledge and experience to help our members.
